> **Pros**: The software offered many Customizable options, so that we could build it to support our Travel and Expense Policy.  In rare cases when we could not easily write a rule in the system, we just set a rule that a report with certain criteria come to the audit queue - therefore still securing pertinent policies and procedures.

> **Cons**: Our version is old and therefore needs to be upgraded. There are some functions that do not "lead" the user to complete the task successfully - you have to "know" the steps, for example adding attendees to an expense.
