> **Pros**: Less involvement of developersThe best thing is our team doesn't need to get involved too much in the notification system, which saves our time for other important tasks. Most of the work on SuprSend can be done by product managers itself so we don't need to get involved in it too much. That's a good thing as we can focus solely on the important use cases for us.

Plus, with Bifrost, we can run campaigns directly on our database without any developer involvement.
