Pros
We have used this CRM for years now and I cant say how much it helps us put deals together and keep track of our clients.
Cons
Customer support is hit or miss. You might get someone that knows how to fix things quickly and other times you dont.

Well, it works for the most part, does payroll when you need it to in a mostly simplified way that most can understand
Cons
nothing too terrible. learning curve as always with any new software, but not a whole lot of complaints

Great for a company who does not want to pay a ton of $$

They were friendly and easy to contact but need an SSO portal.

Pros
The portals were sleak and easy to navigate, plus the design was nice to look at. Making requests, etc were easy to do.
Cons
You had a different site/portal for every area you needed. So having to log into a new area a lot was not great.
