> **Pros**: 1.  Pro is like the information we can give the customer. 2.  Love where OXI can give our tech information from old to new. 3.  We are also starting to use it for our PM sales team.  It is great for them to put into XOI, and then techs understand what they are servicing. 4.  We are also starting to use it on our projects.  This helps give all the information to our service techs what we have done.
