> **Pros**: Our warehouse team likes how robust the program is. It has a lot of capability that we aren't using. The integration to our ERP system is good as well. The UI is improving with each version.

> **Cons**: The program is built on a lot of old programs pieced together. Occasionally, you will feel that you are stepping back 20 years when you need to look under the covers. You normal user will never see this though.

Needs to completely be rebuilt from group up to be more modular and user friendly. If you have 1 or 2 people DISSAPEAR from that company, your in serious trouble.

> I have been a part of demos/walkthroughs/and test environments of the HighJump WMS. From an ease of use, features, and reporting standpoint it is one of the best WMSs I have come across. The solution is highly flexible and allows the customer to make configuration changes to processes and views within the system. 

If you are a customer that wants more control in the end product and doesn't want to have to go back to the vendor for constant customizations then HighJump is a viable solution.
