Wir sind ein Veranstalter von hochwertigen Seminaren im Bereich der Selbsterfahrung / Persönlichkeitsentwicklung von Erwachsenen. Unsere Herausforderung ist es, bei der Vielzahl von Buchungen den Überblick zu behalten. Darüber hinaus wollten wir durch die Automatisierung von Abläufen mehr Effizienz erreichen um uns um die wichtigen Dinge kümmern zu können. Dabei wollten wir auf keinen Fall Abstriche bei der Qualität im Kundenkontakt machen. All diese Ziele haben mit dem Team von Butlerapp erreicht.
Pros
Das gemeinsame Finden von guten Lösungen, wie man unsere Geschäftsprozesse bestmöglich auf dieser Lösung abbilden kann. Es ist spürbar, dass Butlerapp daran interessiert ist, zufriedene Kunden zu gewinnen und zu behalten.
Cons
Da fällt mir tatsächlich nichts ein. :-) Wenn man von einer Lösung ausgeht, die nicht auf individueller Basis programmiert wird, ist es logisch, dass man an manchen Stellen einen Kompromiss gehen muss. Allerdings sind diese sehr überschaubar und durchweg akzeptabel.

Die hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit auf alle - auch sehr individuelle - Anforderungen, die große Zeitersparnis bei der Verwaltung unserer Kurse- und Kund/inn/en und der gute Kundensupport bei Butler.
Cons
Die hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit der Software macht diese manchmal etwas komplex und nicht immer ganz einfach zu bedienen. Allerdings werden die Features laufend verbessert, unter Beteiligung der Anwender.

Wir, der echtjetzt e.V., sind ein gemeinnütziger Verein mit dem Hintergrund Gewaltfreie Kommunikation und führen verschiedene Seminare, Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen zu diesem Thema durch. Wir arbeiten seit Anfang 2021 mit dem Veranstaltungsbutler und sind äußerst zufrieden mit den Leistungen und dem Service. Er stellt eine wesentliche Erleichterung unserer Teilnehmendenverwaltung und sonstiger administrativer Aufgaben dar. Somit können wir uns vielmehr auf das konzentrieren was uns wirklich wichtig ist: unsere Bildungsarbeit.Zu Beginn haben wir eine umfassende Einführung und Erklärung bekommen. [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] vom Butler-Team steht uns seitdem mit Geduld, Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die ersten Schritte in die Einarbeitung mit diesem Buchungssystem wurden intensiv und gut verständlich begleitet. Gibt es jetzt von unserer Seite Fragen werden diese zeitnah und kompetent geklärt. Auch Sonderwünsche, sollten sie im Rahmen des Systems möglich sein, werden umgehen umgesetzt.Empfehlung von unserer Seite!
