> **Cons**: The only downside I had was that it wasn't integrated into my shop management/billing program

> I used this for a recon shop, with little to no outside customers.  But what made it perfect for me was the ability to share my dashboard with my sales department.  They could track what new inventory was coming and when it would be ready.  I also used the DVI to help the sales team sell the vehicle by showing the customer what was inspected, what was repaired, etc.
