病院で保険証等の書類を管理する為に本製品を導入しているが、非常にカスタマイズ性が高いので病院側として「欲しい情報」をデータベースとして簡単に作り上げる事が出来た。医療業において、こういったデータベースソフトは上司に理解を得られず、なかなか導入に踏み切れないが、本製品は価格も非常に安価なので価格面でも非常に良い印象を受けた。
Pros
管理用のデータベースの入門用としては、非常に安価で有用と感じた
Cons
・データベースとして使用している際の、タブを誤って閉じたときの戻し方が分かりづらい・データベースを50音順にしても、データを開き直した際に元に戻ってしまう（登録順）ので初期値として50音順があると良いと思った。

今までできなかった顧客ごとの情報を一覧で確認できるようになり便利。階層やリンクで情報をつなげられるためいろいろな記録を紐づけて残せるようになった。

Pros
リンクさせたテーブルの情報がまとまって見れるため、顧客ごとに確認しやすく実務に役立っている。データの作成や関数などエクセルに似た感覚で使えるので使いやすい。
Cons
同じテンプレートをテーブルごとに設定しなければならない点。有料版で５０ある登録可能数も同じテンプレートをテーブルごとに設定していてはすぐに埋まってしまう。

ISDN使用時はTAとフリーソフトで番号表示と顧客表示が出来て、しかも着信拒否ができてよかったが、ひかり電話移行するのに、同機能のものが見つからなかったので躊躇していたところ、このソフトを見つけた。同じような機能のものを探してみたけれど、付属装置が必要だったり、機能が多すぎて高価だったり適当なものがなかった。その点Fullfreeは番号表示機能だけなら適当な価格で丁度使いやすかった。おかげでひかり電話移行後も以前のように使えてとても良い。
Pros
ひかり電話使用なら導入が簡単で番号表示機能と顧客表示だけならこれで十分です。
Cons
リストから着信拒否ができれば100点です
