> **Pros**: The software does its job. There's little else to really say about it. The data goes where it needs to go, eventually.

> **Cons**: When there are issues with the software, it is almost impossible to get hold of the vendor. It often takes a month of emails to get somebody to respond. Spending thousands of dollars on a utility only to spend almost a year trying to get it installed due entirely to the lack of responsiveness from a vendor is unacceptable.
