However when one tries to use analysis that require other packages (like survival analysis) it gives an error with instructions guiding how to install missing R packages. I can never find a clear and simple viseo or written tutorial for how to enter the type of data I obtain in medical/scientific research. For example I want to make a 3 x 3 contingency table where the columns are a score 0, 1, 2, and the rows are a different score 0, 1, 2 and each set of factors contains the numbers of cases that conform to the score of 0/0 or 0/1 etc etc then do a Chi Sq. There is no simple video that explains how to do this anywhere. there are no simple example datasets I can load in to see how to format the data. > > I have been using Jamovi and that was a fairly steep learning curve to work out how to format the data correctly, but this Blue Sky program is even more user unfriendly. It is extremely unclear how to use it. You really need to get some bench scientists to use this and guide them so they can make a normal persons guide on how to do it because at this point it is too opaque. Really you need to look at how Prism works and use that as a template.
