## Reviews

### "Efficient and easy to use product\!" — 4.0/5

> **Alice** | *01 August 2023* | Consumer Goods | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: To track the referrals, whether or not candidates applied, and the follow up is also nice
>
> **Cons**: email notification, we do not get enough insights on our referrals via email, or this function does not seem to work for us

-----

### "Best choice for employee referral system\!" — 5.0/5

> **Jenna** | *17 May 2024* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Super simple website to use, my team loves all of the functions and options available.
>
> **Cons**: No cons at all. Great website to use on the daily within our company.

-----

### "Listing the Hiring Manager and the Recruiter associated with it." — 3.0/5

> **Meenakshi** | *25 May 2021* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ease of use, and also the fields for referring an employee.
>
> **Cons**: 1. It should also list hiring manager and recruiter, because sometimes Job description is not understandable
clearly. And looking at hiring manager and then their hierarchy sometimes we have better idea what
actually this job opening is for.

2. Also if it could be mentioned how many days ago the job was posted, it makes it so feasible.

-----

### "Helps in expediting viable candidates\!" — 5.0/5

> **Mariam** | *03 September 2024* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ease from a user perspective, and the clarity in the referrals review.
>
> **Cons**: I think that all referrals should require a small reason as to why they're referring and the option of leaving it blank should not be allowed.
>
> Overall positive and helpful in helping us identify viable candidates.

-----

### "Win-Win-Win" — 5.0/5

> **Pete** | *26 September 2024* | Media Production | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Able to recommend talented colleagues to my company and earn a monetary reward. Win-Win-Win.
>
> **Cons**: Some things take a little time to get used to I like the automated posts to my LinkedIn
>
> Good experience and would recommend to anyone with a medium or large network.
