> **Pros**: The basic functions are fairly easy and straightforward to do.

> **Cons**: It's clunky and old-feeling software, like from 1998. I cannot use it from a web browser, it always requires installing an additional app. When I download a payslip, I cannot customize the file name so it will rewrite the file unless I manually edit the previous file name.

> Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience est très positive, l'utilisation de Silae paie est très intuitive et facile même pour des personnes débutantes. Également, le fait de pouvoir travailler en ligne est un plus, il n'y a plus besoin de VPN ou autre, une simple connexion internet suffit ce qui est un vrai atout aujourd'hui où le télétravail est très demandé par les collaborateurs. Les saisies sont simples et rapides, l'outil est ergonomique et un gain de temps considérables lors de la saisie.
