The calibration features, especially the option to link certificates, make it practical, and the training module is straightforward and easy to set up, track and report. It’s a system that adapts to our needs without overcomplicating things. > > **Cons**: A downside of QISS is that locations sharing multiple features need to be set up separately, which can lead to discrepancies. For instance, failure modes in the NCR module and vendor sites vary by location, creating inconsistencies. Additionally, the calibration reminders for items due in the next 7 days don’t always work reliably. Also, an opportunity for improvement would be to include more default analytic reports based on the data entered. EXAMPLES: \* I would like the ability to filter or run a report showing instruments with calibration due in the next month, 2 months. \* I would like to be able to run a report for supplier which shows certificates expiring within the next month instead of having to go into each one and checking. \* I would like to be able to run a report which shows Unqualified or Qualified employees for all programs and not individually. > > Our experience with QISS has been very positive. Prior to the implementation of QISS, files were located sporadically in different locations, and it was difficult to search for them as well as make sure current revs were being utilized by all employees.
