I've been using Loop to help our customer service department. It's been a great tool to process refunds, to send return labels, and provide updates on order status.

Pros

Loop is very user friendly, and it has all this features with different softwares that makes the processes very smoth and quick!

Cons

It could possibly add some more features.

Pros

The fact that it's integrated to my CRM and provides visibility for the status of the returns. Similarly, it allows us to change refund methods and provide better customer service

Cons

Sometimes it takes too long to load, and there's lagging when applying changes
