Synthesia is very easy to use, intutitive, and realy saves a lot of time. And the quality of the avatars is amazing. I created my own avatar using a simple self-made studio set-up at home. The avatar is great and I use it all the time. > > **Cons**: I sometimes find it difficult to set the right pace for the voice-over i.e. when the avatar speaks I need to add quite a few pauses, etc. into the script even when I deliberately choose the voice which speaks slowly an clearly. I also sometimes have trouble with text editing. For example, I often cannot select the text I wish to edit right away and need to click / try 2-3-4 times before I can change font size, for example, or the fint itself. Don't know why this happens. > > Now that I use Synthesia I produce many more videos than I ever did before. I find that customers / potential customers find our video content much more engaging than simply images, so being able to create even short videos quickly is a huge advantage. In the past, I would sometimes opt for non-video content simply because there's no time or resources to do otherwise. With Synthesia this is not a problem. Overall, I am an absolute fan of Synthesia and I highly recommend it. ----- ### "Synthesi...yea\!" — 5.0/5 > **Paul** | *12 June 2025* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The ease to build videos in a single instance. Videos that previously took days, now take hours (or minutes) to complete. The Avatars offer our business a wide range of selection to consider for various use cases and the clear product enhancement roadmap that has delivered enhancements across time are enhancing and unlocking more potential for our business. > > **Cons**: The overlap of visuals can become quite messy to manage - this has since been addressed in a release from the supplier where we can now easily navigate and manage > > Our experience has gone from good to better to best. We've used Synthesia to drive customer, staff and training videos. Enabling a commercial opportunity to increase revenue. The overall enhancements and roadmap of the product shows that the user(s) are at the forefront of Synthesias mind and making a truly single platform for media creation is clear. We renewed for a further 2 years and took out additional licences to support our growth and opportunities from our initial ''test'' of the tool ----- ### "Waste on Time and Money" — 1.0/5 > **Ame** | *03 May 2025* | Alternative Medicine | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: first i like it, but later on, as im exporting, it took. 1 day to approve, most likely their avatars have too much restriction of use. given you pay for it. > > **Cons**: The terms and customer service of this app are truly disappointing. I even submitted a request for verification because the video I created was specifically intended for internal use by my team. Some of the details included were necessary and couldn’t be removed, as they were essential to the content. Despite this, and without offering any explanation or proper communication, the app simply disapproved the video and removed it altogether. We weren’t even informed about the decision. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way, especially when users are paying for the service. > > I’ve been working on creating my video for the past two weeks, putting in so much time and effort to ensure it turned out well. Then all of a sudden, without any notice or explanation, the app decided not to approve it and even removed it entirely. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that I actually paid for this service—and now all of that has gone to waste. I can’t even export my work. So what exactly did I pay for? It feels incredibly unfair and disappointing to invest both time and money only to end up with nothing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and honestly, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Please think twice before using it. ----- ### "Professional Productivity Enhancer - Top Notch\!" — 5.0/5 > **William** | *05 June 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The real business value for me with Synthesia is the time savings in preparing and production of assets that have been received at Onapsis with great feedback\! The time saved through the automation has allowed me to be more creative in the development of content that resonates with the audience. When you have a partner like Synthesia, your creativity excels due to the lack of pressure of recording an asset over and over due to human error. The functionality is intuitive and the application is easy to learn. Additionally, the AI assistant that acts as online help is excellent, probably the best I have experienced in an application. Overall Synthesia has increased my productivity more than I ever imagined, and the resulting assets are top-notch. > > **Cons**: At the moment, there is not much I can call out - some of the Avatar voices are challenging but after reviewing all of them I have established a set that will appear in all assets I create\! > > 5 star experience truly - not just the ease of creation and the productivity it has handed back to me but in the response that I am getting from our sales and exec team members. The ability to edit/customize when needed due to internal updates is amazing. Can't say enough about this product/platform and how it has truly revolutionized the way I work. ----- ### "Synthesia A+ all the way\!" — 5.0/5 > **Jim** | *05 June 2025* | Banking | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The easy learning curve to get started and the continued enhancements are great. The ability to create your personal avatar and voice is a lovely touch\! > > **Cons**: The inability of the PowerPoint import option to transfer photos from the original PPT. This can be quite frustrating and time-consuming. > > Very satisfied overall - nice ending results, easy to use, and custom options are a very nice touch\! ----- Page: 1 / 14\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2067466/enact?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2067466/enact) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
