The initial set up of the data connections was pretty straightforward and then there was fine-tuning as we reconciled the data and cleaned up the mappings. The tool was able to parse some data that was semi-unstructured and this was critical to meeting the needs.We then tailored dashboards from there and overall, we were able to do pretty much anything we wanted to do as long as our data was clean. As time went by and we became more comfortable with the data and how the tool could help analyze the business, creating new dashboards became quicker. We are pretty steady-state now. > > **Cons**: There are occasional limitations on combining certain variables onto the same chart and how certain visualizations can be done. None of these prevented us from ultimately creating useful dashboards for everything we wanted, we just sometimes would use multiple widgets on a dashboard to accomplish a more complex idea rather than have one widget. > > This is a good tool for middle market companies with not too many data sources.
