One contact cannot have more then one ticket. Every message is always in the same conversation. We work with suppliers on different projects. This is a disaster for us.

Very buggy in setting up.

> **Cons**: Analytics could be improved significantly. It is very hard to see various data cuts and customise service SLAs in a very inflexible reporting system. Complexity of using the product is very high.
