Cons

There is no differentiation in presentation between different topics.Chinese/Mandarin analysis is not precise enough, sometimes data will provide some less important information.

Pros

The possibility to analyze huge amounts of public information on social networks to discover sentiment and trends, that otherwise can be missed until it is too late.

Cons

Interface is a little cumbersome to use. Some features recently added need polishing. But overall is a great tool.

Love the platform, it's been very helpful and has provided a great deal of value. Highly recommend it for any social media monitoring, threat intelligence, social media misinformation and brand protection.

Pros

Wide range of social media platforms coverage - these guys cover almost every social channel - and the depth of data is second to none.

Cons

The UI can do with a tweak - however, you use Cyara for the speed of analysis and social media insights which are easy to surface.
