It has made it much easier to understand how people engage with PDF documents I created. Think of those ebooks that you send out, now you can see where people are viewing the most and for how long based on heatmapping and other metrics.

Pros

I like how simple and straightforward it is to use. HelpRange provides me with plentiful amounts of information to understand how people are engaging with your content. Content marketing just got more interesting as PDFs can be analyzed.

Cons

Nothing really. The layout could have a bit of a refresh but again, nothing major.

I like how easy it is to set up Virtual Data Room, I like also way in which I can protect my documents from unwanted screenshots

Cons

Maybe user interface should be better implemented.
