This CRM is so easy to use. You are able to @ someone on the dealership so they can jump in on whatever is needed for the customer. No more sending texts for people to read the notes on the profile.

Pros

This CRM is very user-friendly for everyone.

Cons

The sales representatives are able to change the sales person on a deal. This function cannot be removed.

I have worked for several dealerships and used just about every CRM out there. DriveCentric was hands down the best and most seamless.

Pros

The ease of communicating with customers on DriveCentric is unparalleled. The social media type interface is extremely clean, easy to navigate and has NONE of the fluff that you would find in VinSolutions or DealerSocket. Updating customer records is also extremely easy and the back end setup is simple and quick.

Cons

Was not a fan of the AI and the mobile version was sluggish at times.

HALF A CRM STAY AWAY

It has been bad. They do not send anyone to help, trades do not push, boxes don't get checked on...

Pros

The App is functional it is the only saving grace of this crm

Cons

There is no service portal and salesmen are not alerted to their customers coming into service. This is where 70% of a dealerships sales derive from.
