> **Pros**: The platform has the ability to be tailored to the specific needs of the company, both during design and implementation phases. The team is always very supportive and offers assistance in case of any issues.
> 
> **Cons**: The only thing that I don't like is that once you've deployed it into your company, you'll see some things you want to tweak and customize to your company's needs. Reserving the time for this can be a little daunting. Responsiveness could also be improved in some areas, particularly when deleting/removing forms.
