On both counts, Kilo delivers perfectly. The management software is incredibly intuitive and at every turn screams “made by gym owners for gym owners”--and not just CrossFit gyms either, because any fitness modality, even if just 1-1 training, would do wonderfully using Kilo. My gym made the move to Kilo at a particularly busy time for us and I was honestly worried about how long it would take and how hard we’d have to work, but implementation has been a relative breeze and has exceeded my expectations. And that brings me to my second point: their knowledge base, and particularly their customer service. I worked in tech support way back when, was terrible at my job, AND I am old enough to remember the SNL skit “\[sensitive content hidden\], Your Company’s Computer Guy.” All that adds up to me still kind of living in fear of asking too many software questions all at once. For real. But I am happy to report Kilo’s customer service is absolutely superior: they are incredibly kind, responsive, and altogether thorough without overwhelming or confusing me.
