Pros

The customer supports are really timely and responsive.
Most of the issues, they will help me to solve immediately.

Cons

The "Split bill" functions can be more flexibly and easy to use.
The inventory system could have an extra "raw-material" level.

Overall experience has been great, there’s not a lot of promotional calls like the competitors would do, the payouts are always on time, and just the convince it brings to run the app on a personal iPad is amazing.

Pros

Very easy to use and has a lot of great features, such as the clock in clock out, tracking inventory, and the ease of taking order is unmatched.

Cons

Sometimes after leaving the app unattended for awhile it times out, so having to restart the app 3-4 times a day, it’s not a big problem only when we’re busy it causing slight delays, sometimes the payment terminal doesn’t work meaning that when I press pay for the customer to pay it will tell me that failed to connect, this doesn’t happen often but it does occur once in awhile.
