It's the only concern we have with our current CRM company, WellnessLiving. They assured us our rates would be lower with their processing company. However, what they do, unlike every other CRM company is tack on additional percentages to what the processing company charges, so any savings are evaporated. Their monthly fees are higher, but the overall cost would have been lower. They wasted my time and the time of my team members. > > This is a dishonest company. They knew they planned on adding additional costs to the processing company's fees. When brought up they agreed to waive them, but this would only be for 1 year, then we'd have to deal with their excessive charges. Their fees they tack on weren't brought up until we started to transfer over to their system. At that point we told them we had no interest in dealing with them.
