> **Pros**: I am on the deployment and end user support side of the Canopy product. It integrates with our software to provide real-time and historical monitoring data for various customers. The setup is fairly seamless for our particular case.

> **Cons**: At times, the API integration leads us wondering whether data inconsistencies or outages are on our end (with the customer PC) or on data not being received or the server down on Banyan's end. Thankfully, the team at Banyan is responsive and great to work with.
