QatALPR is a traffic and parking management solution for residential condominiums, parking garages, shopping malls, and other establishments with gates. It is a plug-and-play software system that integrates with video systems without programming. It is compatible with all camera brands. The software can also extract license plates and identify vehicles from any other image source, like videos or photo files.

QatALPR recognizes license plates from all countries, including color-coded plates, as well as those in Latin and plates using the Arabic alphabet. In addition to the license plate, the software can be extended to use video analysis to identify the make, model, color, and category of the vehicle. It is also compatible with multi-camera use. This feature allows users to identify the front and rear plates of a vehicle from the images provided by two or more cameras.

The software stores the detected vehicle license numbers in a secure database.
