> **Pros**: For certain tasks I want to highlight certain words rather than having the whole text of the task as same. Taskade is perfect for such formatting requirements. It improves my speed of work as I can read among the list of tasks faster if the important text pops out. 
For my social media marketing work, I liked their Content Strategy Checklist vey much. There are many small tasks listed well where it is easy to time myself with the timer feature at the right of each task and not get lost in social media. 
I prefer to work in Dark mode and Taskade UI looks the best in dark theme.
Overall very impressed with its speed of customisation and formatting options.

> **Cons**: I don’t like that to mention people in tasks when I use @ the usernames show up and it becomes confusing. If the mentions  option is by Name then it would be easy to recognise and not mistakenly tag/mention someone else due to username confusion. Also the mobile app is noticeably slower as compared to their Web App.

The ability to work on tasks simultaneously, leave comments, and have discussions in real-time fosters efficient teamwork and keeps everyone on the same page.

I've been using this tool to take notes, create tasks and also make myself accountable by creating projects and setting deadlines.

With Kanban style boards I can also track my progress and keep reminding myself why i am all doing this. Oftentimes I use taskade also to get my thoughts on to "paper.
