I will never forget \[sensitive content hidden\] who practically guided me during my early days with Psychiatry-Cloud when I knew nothing. \[sensitive content hidden\] especially, taught me all I needed to know to get my practice up and running within the EMR and gave me every reason to continue using the platform. He went above and beyond in his training, answering my questions and concerns. Very patient and talented individual. Above all, very respectful and polite. After my training I was not left alone to continue figuring things on my own. I was handed to an account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] who followed up from where \[sensitive content hidden\] ended. Great team\! I also liked that I am able to schedule my patient appointments, E-prescribe medications to my patient's local pharmacies with ease, and overall, documentation and navigating around the different tabs is easy. Psychiatry-Cloud is very user-friendly coupled with the great training one receives.

> **Cons**: It is quite costly for someone just starting a new practice compared to others that I explored before. The pricing needs to be reconsidered. Secondly, I am required to pay extra for prescribing controlled substances, for myself and for my collaborating psychiatrist. It is costly for someone just starting a practice with nothing to show for yet. So, my state DEA allows me to prescribe schedule III to V medications but not schedule I \&amp; II. Meaning that only my collaborating psychiatrist can prescribe schedule I \&amp; II for my patients that will need it. I had to give up my privilege to prescribe even Schedule III-V by handing over everything that has to do with controlled substances for my patients, to my collaborating psychiatrist because I cannot afford paying for him and for myself.
