Pros

We specifically liked the user interface. For a company new to print marketing, it helped us get to grips with what we can do and establish a proper strategy.

Cons

Nothing much yet - it's only been a few months. The product and team has been great!

An excellent system that continues to improve and evolve. It is a system that is easy to tailor to customer needs and is a fantastic tool to tie customers in.

Pros

Very straightforward setting up of catalogues, products and users.
Excellent training and fast implementation.
Excellent, quick-responding help desk
Lots of knowledge and information available about set-up
Easy to customise to multiple clients
Excellent integration capability to client CRMs
Good quality reporting

Cons

The link to order processing in our MIS (PrintIQ) is not 100% perfect, maybe 96%. The ability to have orders for multiple items coming into PrintIQ in one order as opposed to one order per item can be time-consuming.

Like core print. Training was good. customer service was good. easy to navigate

Pros

Very good. Easy to navigate. Customization to individual clients. easy to custom set for new promotions and good customer service

Cons

Separate login for EACH customer for every User.
Could have been one Login for Each User and customised all the clients in the same login for that particular user.

Javascript facility useful.
Coreproduction is easy to use

Cons

Not the most stable programme to run on Mac.
Back end can be complex, the ability to set up simple shops or duplicate settings would be handy.
template creator is a bit clunky and can be confusing to new users.
