Pros

All-in-one management platform with comprehensive reports across business functions including marketing/sales, operation, customer service, finance, procurement/inventory.

Their best work is that Wisere allows you to manage the full flow of the customer journey to maximize revenue & minimize cost: From Data lead -> Trial -> Appointment -> CS -> Promotion for retention -> Referral

Cons

The cost is their biggest concern since you may counter the complexity of using the system for the first time without a clear vision of how it would be beneficial to your business with such an initial price.

My advice is that, if your company doesn't have at least 3 branches and a great amount of customers, Wisere may not be what you are looking for at the moment.

However, they may offer you a free trial, take it because there is nothing to lose so you could try it yourself.

The software has many feartures and capabilities that can be easily fit our business. Booking, confirmations so easy. I like how customers get text reminders. Helps a lot

Sometimes, while checking the calendar, all the information about appointments disappeared, and we had to click the reload button to retrieve the data

Very suitable for new business owners, the software is good and reliable

Pros

Operating stably. It is easy to monitor the entire business operations on dashboard and it is updated in real-time

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about Wisere. In the future, I hope to integrate more applications without having to use third-party applications
