> **Pros**: I love the concept\!  Great idea, I'm sold on their ideas.  The reality of this software is disappointing, and that's an understatement.  I think what they're trying to do is great, but they just haven't delivered\!

> **Cons**: The software does not work as advertised; their salespeople sold me something that does not align with what was promised, making the software unusable.  As of the writing of this review, this software does not work well with Clio, as I was told it would.  I was promised the software would do very specific things regarding my client communications and I filmed a dozen videos to have my Domino's Pizza Tracker up and running for my clients.  Unfortunately, it just doesn't work as promised\!  I'm very disappointed, to say the least.
