Pros
The product works exceptionally well and provides solutions for so many challenges that go along with administrating a school, such as registration, billing, and scheduling. [sensitive content hidden] and her team also have amazing and responsive customer service and are always willing to help or even develop solutions to problems you may have.
Cons
Sometimes, the system could be clunky when I tried to use it as a solution for things outside of the recommended use case. That being said, OSH was always helpful in trying to come up with solutions and workarounds.

Implementing Our School Hangout (OSH) allowed us to consolidate three different programs into one, significantly streamlining our processes. This has minimized the time required for administrative tasks, enabling us to dedicate more focus to our students.
Cons
There were some limitations in terms of communicating with parents, particularly with conference sign-ups and classroom party sign-ups. However, I understand that these features are on the agenda for future implementation.

This is the first online program our school has implemented. The training was tailored to our needs and made the process a positive experience. The creator was and is quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to answer any question in detail. This software has provided a safe platform to support and manage our school. It allows the office staff, parents, and teachers easy access to connect, provide resources, and access online payments/documents. It eliminates the concern of securing a safe space to communicate with our families.
Pros
Everything is linked to "ONE SAFE PORTAL." The software is easy to use and the technical support is amazing.
Cons
The initial setup was challenging due to our unique option to select attendance days. The OSH team created a resolution and quickly applied it to the software.

We have shopped around for many different programs and none could deliver on the flexibility, versatility and responsiveness of OSH.
Cons
I want more powerful reporting at my fingertips. They’re always ready to pull any report I need, but more extensive reporting options are (hopefully) coming.

Pros
It is an all encompassing tool for preschools. It has family profiles, billing, communication, classroom & schoolwide pages and school calendars.
Cons
The only concern I've had is the ability to create group messages. If a parent wants to let the teachers know something, they can only message one teacher instead of being able to message both at the same time.
