Pros

Good reporting capabilities was really important to us.
It has everything we needed. It's great.

Cons

The subscription cost is PER brand, meaning if you service multiple brands like we do it's going to get very costly. They will work with you on price though it seems so we'll find out as we go. Their website did not communicate this initially so this was a shock.

User friendly, and has all the features I need in a single platform

Cons

Not being able to save search criteria within the Influencer finder feature.

It was middling. Switching to Upfluence showed us how strong and weak Influencer Hero was for its lack of a functioning search and filter tool but for its strength in its email automation.

Pros

The email automations are terrific. It is surprising that competitor platforms like Upfluence don't have similar capabilities.

Cons

The influencer search and filter are abysmal. Very buggy and would often not apply the search criterion to the actual results we needed. A very big letdown in this regard.

Easy to install and overall really easy to use. The sales team has been great to work with as well.

Cons

None so far but I could see the amount of filtering needed to get to your ideal person to have a bit of a learning curve

Easy to find and collaborate

Pros

Very easy to find and collaborate with influencers. This platform has saved us plenty of hours finding & contacting influencers. Now everything is automatic.

Cons

There's millions of influencers, but a few thousand more could get added. Nothing big though.
