> **Pros**: The Automation Intellect SaaS solution is a game changer in terms of overall cost, time to value, and standardised solution for Med Devices. It can also prove itself over time in pharma, but will have to convince that the standardised approach is secure, provides value out-of-the-box, and meets pharma operational needs.

The SaaS model forces pharma to simplify their development and deployment processes, which is a real positive and saves $.

Also, dealing with AI personnel has been very positive

> **Cons**: I think the eWON hardware deployment is a challenging part of the AI  offering. It adds to the complexity and the security concerns. Could it be replaced by software alternatives to do the same gateway function between industrial equipment interfacing and TCP/IP?

> **Cons**: The business can be questioned, including in project management. Confrontations about task delivery dates and the project as a whole are healthy and should not be avoided.

> They are agile in implementing the solution. In the experimentation phase, they talk about what can or cannot be worked on in configuring the solution, which is a difficult balance to maintain. And they are efficient in configurations. The cost is good and the system is reliable. It has proven to be a good business decision.
