Pros

I love the interface.... The fact that I can section my staff into department and monitor them separately is very nice I also like the methods of exporting data

Cons

Been using Crosschek for couple of month, there is nothing for now

Wished it had add, delete, and OT features.

It was difficult in the beginning to get used to. Not very user friendly. Had to call for support...

It was difficult in the beginning to get used to. Not very user friendly. Had to call for support several times. But once I got the hang of it it was ok.

Pros

That it had it's own software for no monthly fee.

Cons

The lack ability for admin to add and delete punches. Would be nice if it automatically calculated overtime when they work over 40 hrs. I had to create a spreadsheet to calculate the OT. This is a time-consuming step whenever I have to do payroll. I have to copy and paste every punch from every employee and add it to my spreadsheet so I can calculate myself the OT.

High potential software - poor execution

Customer service are kind and friendly, but I would not recommend this software.

Pros

Readily available for purchase, and cheaper than many other time management softwares.

Cons

Privacy issues - we saw several devices in our company reporting that were not ours.
The reporting overall is poor design and not customizable - too much time is spent formatting to suit our needs
Set up guide is complex and not user friendly.
Does not calculate overtime.
Bi-weekly schedule is fixed, when it should be adjustable to meet company specific payroll calendars.
Data from the device doesn't sync properly/regularly.
"Anviz bot" chat is not very helpful.

I miss an old feature

Pros

The Capacity of interconeccion between our diferents points of sale and produccion, the payroll became a much simpler task whit this devices

Cons

We miss an old feature of the Anviz EP300 that alows the employe to set the device in break, so it had 3 forms of use, in, out and break and that was a great feature that we miss very very much

I love the timeclock and access to portal. I love the mobile app for employees, the fact that they can view every punch in and out is fantastic. I love the request for correction process and the approval steps. It allows correction without leaving room for discrepancy. I HATE the reports. I understand that they are simply all the data, BUT I spend a lot of time editing the excel sheet every week. Need to be able to set a company "profile" so we can decide what columns we need and delete the rest. My company has paid lunches. We can't use the "break" feature to track length of lunches because the are automatically not part of the paid time? Why not a box we can check asking paid or not paid?

Pros

This system can be used and accessed from anywhere. It tracks minute by minute and is easy to use. Employee portal

Cons

You should be able to format a report and save it. If I run the week I should be able to just get it set up to my specifications without editing every time! I delete HALF the columns because they are a waste of ink for me. I want it sorted by department, then name, not date. Why are duty time and working time on there? ALWAYS ZERO. Why can't I edit this and save it so it shows up the way I want? Why does it always show 2 weeks when I specified weekly starting on Sunday? When I pull this up I want to see current week only. If I need to see last week I will change the search parameters.
