Really positive! The commercial team uses the tool on a daily base for all the meetings. Even the C-suite is using it to log, record, and learn.
Pros
The possibility to use the tool not only for training the commercial team but also for onboarding new merchants for CSM, feature requests for Product, and Bug fixes for the Tech team!
Cons
That we don't really got tips/tricks on how to implement or use it. Some cases on how others use the tools and set it up are a nice extra that Leexi can provide especially for new users.

very easy to use (it appears in every call). Great back up for when you face complicated prospects...
very easy to use (it appears in every call). Great back up for when you face complicated prospects or projects. very easy to share with coworkers or for coaching purposes. (i reduced my talking time from an average of 75% to an average of 55%. All thanks to reviewing/ criticising my calls)
Pros
No note taking during the call, i can fully focus on my contact. Whilst being reassured my FUP will be perfect.
Cons
The search function, i dont remember the exact writing of the name of a contact from 4months ago.

Pros
Had Gong in a previous role, appreciate its good for larger orgs, but the insights as an individual user didn't help me much, so I didn't want to engage. Leexi's summary and next steps are the best ive seen out of any competitors
Cons
I think its a theme of all of these softwares, but I really wish they didn't take up such a large portion of the screen on calls. It can put some leads/customers off.

Intuitive system, easy to use, inspiring summary

I didn't like the pricing system in Leexi, a better pricing system was fireflies.ai
