> I have so bad service with TruckX, because they didn't want to refund my money back. I didn't use their device since from June 2022. I didn't cancel services because thought I will used device. The TruckX charge money automatically without my permission. I call to cancel services because I don't have trucks in my company any more.  They told me to return device. I returned device to them without any issue, but when I call to customer service asking about my refund they told me  that they will not refund money back because I have to do cancel my service before or after one week when I have date of contract. I read Terms and Conditions for TruckX  I didnt find any thing about cancelation and no refund money if I didn't cancel on day of after one week date when I start services with them. I am asking to refund my money back $324. I also asking to  speak with manager but manager didn't call me back. Today is second day but manager didn't call me back yet. I hope they will figure out the problem and will be honest and return my money back.
