Pros
Every single time I needed help the team went above and beyond to provide the best service. Happy to jump on calls to clarify anything and the team is always thinking from our customer perspective to make their experience easier with returns.

Great system and team

Pros
Swap enabled us to improve our Returns Management system which in return, made returns for our customers far easier and more streamlined. We have had great feedback since using Swap on this front. The reporting functions on the Swap dashboard have also made understanding our customers return habits and reasoning easier to understand and report to the wider business on as well.
The team are extremely helpful and responsive when there has been queries. They are friendly and approachable, and made set up really straight forward and easy to understand.
We have just implemented Swap Package Protection too, again something that was easy to set up with support from the Swap team and we are looking forward to reviewing feedback and this system in the weeks to come.
Cons
None so far! Whilst we have only been with Swap a short time, I feel that if there was any issues or things that we didn't like, they would be willing and able to address this.

Our customers continue to express how easy our returns portal is to work and therefore how easy the items are to return, I can not fault it.
Pros
The ease of the portal, tracking is included on the page and every part of the returns tracking is broken down for you and so easy to see/follow.
Also prompts you if something needs processing manually which helps ensure things aren't missed

- User Friendly
- Statistics are helpful when looking at return reasons. Easy to export.
Cons
- Unable to restock selected items from the return. Either have to restock all items or no items and then manually adjust stock through Shopify.
