Our pricing is middle of the road in this industry - not the cheapest and not the most expensive.
Our customers come to us for a higher quality service and this higher customer experience does comes at a higher cost. The kind of customers we have (Fortune 100) expect a high level of service and we have been delivering that for a decade now.
Unlike most companies in this industry, we have a dedicated quality team which adds to the cost. We do more so that our customers have to do less.
Eventually the TCO works out great for our customers as evidenced by our 98% customer retention rate.

ScrapeHero offers data sets of store listing for major gas, grocery, etc. chains. The data is provided in csv format and contains GPS information. The data is refreshed periodically. If you are looking to expand your customer base, SH has plenty channels to choose from.
Cons
Contact or customer support is only via email. However, the responses are timely.
