> **Pros**: The ease of use, not only when sending email campaigns but also the technical aspect of setting up. Being able to mass upload and edit mailboxes is a huge plus. Using AI functionality to categorize emails and skew volume toward stronger subject lines is also a huge bonus.It took a lot of manual work off my plate

> **Cons**: Only issue is that it's hard to view the data in aggregate. The dashboard is great but to share with others on a granular level is difficult because the csv exports are lacking specifics/details.

The integration with Clay is nice - i like being able to launch this through them

> **Cons**: The service is absolutely terrible. I've had a problem for multiple days and reached out via every possible channel (email, online chat, linkedin) to no avail. 
Integration with Hubspot does not work; none of my email activity is ever sent to hubspot. What use is an email sequencer if I can't track activity across leads? Pretty insane when you think about it.
The campaign launch workflow is frustrating and glitchy. It'll say 100% campaign completion when emails haven't been sent. If you see an error with an uploaded list, you have to delete the import and restart.

> **Pros**: I love the fact that you can warmup unlimited number of mailboxes and its easy to integrate with gmail and outlook without using the "APP Password" of GMail and all that

> **Cons**: While you can warmup multiple mailboxes across several domains, It'll be good for them to have a service to check your email health and have domain reputation test and email deliverability tests

Also it'll be nice if they can change their warmup texts to things that don't seem too random. I don't know if this is the way the hacked it to beat spam radars/filter but some of their texts are similar to lorem ipsum texts

> **Pros**: It's functionality, the spintax is next level, as well as the master inbox. You're able to keep track of everything and even get notified if there are some issues with single email accounts.

> **Cons**: Actually, only 1 thing, once I work on an E-Mail Account it always shows that my DKIm isn't found, even tho it's in. You have to choose the name of your DKIM record after u worked on your mails every single time- Thats a bit annoying but nothing too bad
