It seems to get the context rather than just raw sound quality, which matters when half your calls are international.

The AI summaries are excatly what I need and I use them frequently to refresh my memory of prior conversations.  I also like the live transcription which allows me to go back and clarify something that was said prior

> **Cons**: They dont give enough AI credits for the membership levels.  Its a bit confusing to use at the beginng but once you are up and running its great. They have a lot of tutorials to help with the learning curve
