> **Pros**: The platform is easy and logical to navigate and has helpful charts which are motivating for donating in the future. It is also very modern and clean looking.

> **Cons**: It would be amazing if volunteering opportunities based on location were uploaded into the platform so you could be aware of different events/opportunities in one place, rather than have to seek out. Perhaps we haven't got the software set up to its full potential yet, but I think it would be a huge benefit to make it easy for people to volunteer by listing local charities etc.

> **Pros**: It was easy for me to track how much I've donated and see how much my company is willing to match. It was also great to be able to donate to organizations directly from the site instead of having to go to other websites to donate.

> **Cons**: It didn't have one organization I like to donate to, so I donated separately and added the receipt into Percent Pledge. Easy enough
