Simple environment." — 5.0/5 > **Josef** | *17 August 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a clean and simple environment that makes navigating through features effortless. I truly appreciate how intuitive everything feels, which allows me to focus more on getting things done rather than figuring out how the tools work. > > **Cons**: Sometimes I have to reload the app, sometimes it freezes. But maybe it is more about my interent connection. I dont know yet. > > Easy to use for AI generated shorts from long video. I like the engine, it finds the best parts from my long video. It works better than other apps. ----- ### "Great service - could use a better trial for new users" — 4.0/5 > **Jonathan** | *03 January 2026* | Arts & Crafts | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: The ease of use once I became a subscriber was just as simple as it could be. I just added the url from my livestream and went to bed. Then next morning I had an e-mail with a link to my shorts. There were a dozen or so shorts created and all of them good quality. > > **Cons**: The trial part was a bit frustrating. My livestreams are 90 minutes long and that exceeds the arbitrary 1-hour limit Vizard has on trials. So, I attempted to upload the video, and it exceeded the file size. I had to edit the video down to under an hour and under the file size just to try out their software. That's a lot of hoops to jump through even IF the product ended up being exactly what I was looking for. > > Once I became a member, the overall experience was fantastic. So far my only negative experience was the test run. ----- ### "The Jury is Still Out" — 3.0/5 > **Elizabeth** | *19 January 2025* | Entertainment | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: I was referred to this product as a tool for small content creators and so I decided to purchase for 1 month in order to try out the full features. So far, I like the brighter interface, the tutorials, and it has not been too difficult to figure out how to use the features. > > **Cons**: I felt the rendering time took longer than I expected, and out of all the clips Vizard cut for me, only 1 was usable and meaningful. Maybe I have to work on the settings more to get better results. I've used Vizard as a trial, and now as a paid monthly subscriber, and in both instances, I am not sure if I trust the AI tool are working properly to highlight the content of my video when it is cropped into the shorter formats > > Right now I am on the fence whether I will continue subscribing after the 1 month. I will be using it to the full extent this month before deciding. I was hoping it will be more intuitive, giving me better results for the shorter videos. ----- ### "An innovative video editing tool having a strong integration with AI" — 5.0/5 > **Bruno** | *14 August 2026* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I had the opportunity to use Vizard software as a Marketing Executive Intern for Hackett \& Hackett International Group Limited. So, from personal experience, I can say that this software has some quite compelling advantages over similar programs out there. One of them is that it has state-of-the-art artificial intelligence functions. They allow this software to identify engaging portions within a video clip automatically. Another advantage is that it can create multiple short clips from one longer one for social media purposes effectively. Moreover, this software has an automatic vertical reframing function, which lets it transform horizontal videos into vertical ones. The last strength of this product is that it can transcribe any video file and add subtitles to it automatically. > > **Cons**: However, since every coin has two sides, this software is not perfect. First of all, its AI-functions are not accurate enough in some cases, especially when you want to keep particular parts of the original video. Secondly, sometimes automatic 9:16 reframing does not always work properly. Thirdly, the captions added by AI may not be accurate enough if there are background noises or music. Besides, it is not as effective as a traditional video editor in some cases, such as trimming, cropping, adding transitions, and colour correcting. Moreover, the free version of the software has too many restrictions. And finally, it is a web-based platform; thus, most of your time is spent uploading and rendering the material. > > Nevertheless, overall, the experience of using Vizard has been overwhelming, mostly positive. This software genuinely helped to decrease the costs of our video production while boosting the overall output for social media. Thus, for people who work in the Digital Marketing Industry, I would suggest using it because it offers a lot of opportunities for engagement while being a reliable tool for increasing productivity. ----- ### "Vizard: The missing link in an AI-forward video editing workflow" — 5.0/5 > **Scott** | *19 February 2026* | Media Production | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Social Media creation is my bread and butter, but AI now selects clips faster and cheaper than I ever could, but not better, except Vizard.ai seems to have cracked the "better" challenge. I still tweak my posts, but rely on Vizard to reliably pick 'em. A real time saver. > > **Cons**: Like similar tools, the interface is a bit clunky and rendering a bit slow. And honestly, it's not inexpensive (but obviously worth the price because I subscribed anyway :) . > > To thrive, as an online freelance video editor, I decided to go all in with AI, but clip selection was the weak link. Vizard's strength is great clip selection, so now I can focus on other aspects of my emerging workflow. ----- Page: 1 / 21\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2074606/vizard-1?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.za.com/software/2074606/vizard-1) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
