The multi-view load board reduces empty miles by consolidating loads to find better freight options. My experience was horrible. I was sold a product that was not conducive to my company. No one has the same answer or solution to an issue, the systems did not integrate with other platforms as promised and once you sign a contract it's hard to reach a representative.
Pros
I like the ability to track the trucks in real time and being able to send the tracking link to brokers. The Intergrations that worked made booking and tracking loads easier.
Cons
The customer service is horrible. It takes a while to get issues with the system resolved, if they ever get resolved. No one responses to emails in a timely manner.
