Pros
Nvolve's unique selling point has to be its ease of use for the end user. This coupled with some powerful features that it possesses makes it the LMS software of choice. Should any issues arise and the Nvolve team couldn't be more accommodating to ensure you remain a happy customer. External audits play a big part of our company. Since implementing Nvolve, training has not received 1 non-compliance.
Cons
This is difficult as Nvolve are also happy to work with you to make sure the system meets your companies needs. Should I have to pick something, it would be the e-learning creator, but again, Nvolve has already listened to that feedback and looking at options for development.

Pros
Nvolve is the one stop shop to running a Training department, everything is easy to use, problems are sorted straight away.
Cons
Previous results for NVolve courses, sometimes we need to be able to look back and the results go once its loaded again

Easy access to training procedures, quick to pull any reports
Cons
reminders do not come through when training has expired. You always have to be checking individual's training records.
