By its very nature, Loop software specialises in circulating sensitive data within complex business hierarchies with multiple locations. Some of these locations will often be separate companies or franchises.

Loop has the necessary flexibility built-in, so that you can choose what permissions are associated with each defined user role, and which role each user is given.

For example, you may feel that a Field Manager should only focus on their own geographical region, and not have visibility of any outlets outside of their area of responsibility. Whereas it may be appropriate for specific Head Office users to have full visibility of the network – both as a collection of individual outlets and as a combined entity. Depending on who will be using the platform within your outlets, Loop can set different access levels for site-specific staff. This means upper management, for instance, see selected KPIs that their team members may not be privy to.
