Being part of a larger group, a leaderboard to see how my contributions had compared to other teams.
Cons
The 'top' of the leaderboard seemed to be recording all movement and not dedicated activities. i felt tat getting towards the top of the leaderboard was impossible for me.

The app's gamified challenges and real-time progress tracking are truly inspiring. They not only drive motivation but also foster a sense of healthy competition and camaraderie. The platform is user-friendly and accessible for participants of all fitness levels and locations, which is key for our global organisation. On top of this, GoJoe’s customer support team is outstanding—always proactive, responsive, and eager to help.
Cons
If I had to point out a limitation, it would be the lack of features specifically tailored to charity fundraising, such as the ability to enforce upfront donations. However, I recognise this isn’t the platform’s original purpose, and their support in finding workarounds has been invaluable.

The customer service is amazing, the team is quick to respond and resolves any concerns I may have. The app is easy to navigate and free resources to all staff regardless of the fitness levels.
Cons
I wish there was more customization on business profiles.

Great fun and great value. The level of engagement in the office on an engagement per dollar was levels above anything else we've tried.
Pros
Great product support and service from the GoJoe team made running an office challenge really easy. Loved the weekly report that was shared to. App works really nicely for checking results and logging effort.
Cons
The competition got a bit out of hand in the office with folks taking it too seriously :) I had to ban people recording exercise between midnight and 5am. Also a few complaints from participants grassing-up colleagues who they thought were logging exercise hours that they weren't doing.

We're so confident in our product, that if no-one uses it, you don't pay us. It's as simple as that. We also know, though, that some clients prefer budget certainty.
