Pros
The responsiveness and great customer service combined with the user friendly interface they have created, makes automated testing easy and creates a higher standard for our company.
Cons
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the tool or the company. We have had a good experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone and have a few times.
