> **Pros**: The most important factor to me is the intuitive interface. The system is fantastic at making you aware of all of the actions that you can make. Before you are able to ask if you are able to do something that action is where you want it to be.

> **Cons**: As Dolium is new updates are being made regularly. As the system is updated some methods that I may have been using will become obsolete forcing me to change the ways that I would navigate the system.

> **Pros**: DOLIUM is visually appealing, so much easier to administer and use than other like platforms, and has many more features to enhance its utility to organisations of any size. It is also far more reliable than its competitors.

> **Cons**: DOLIUM is very new to the market so its full capability is not yet known. At this stage, there is very little not to like.
> 
> As a non-technical person, understanding how to administer and/or use other similar systems was challenging. DOLIUM has removed a lot of the challenges and created a system that is user-friendly, even for those of us unused to such platforms.
