### "QBox is a great resource" — 5.0/5

> **Yigal** | *19 February 2026* | Accounting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The nature of our business requires the ability to access and share data on different companies using QuickBooks. QBox has been a tremendous resource that allows us seamless sharing of our QuickBooks files.
>
> **Cons**: The only issue has been dealing with various Internet filters that impact our use of QBox. This is not a problem with QBox itself but just our experience.
>
> My favorite part of dealing with QBox is the excellent support we receive from their various representatives. They have been a tremendous help to us and go beyond the call of duty when they help us out. I am a huge QBox fan- I recommend it highly to those still using QuickBooks Desktop

### "Satisfied Qbox User" — 5.0/5

> **nancy** | *25 June 2026* | Recreational Facilities & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The value for the money and the reliability of the cloud storage are high for us. Furthermore, the support team is genuinely the best—they are always responsive, helpful, and make the entire process smooth.
>
> **Cons**: I honestly don’t have anything come to mind that I don’t really like about the service. It has functioned perfectly for my needs since I started using it, and I haven't encountered any issues worth mentioning.
>
> Qbox has been a solution that I looked for over a couple of years. As I use QBD, I needed a solution that would keep my file safe and that would allow me to share with my bookkeeper.

### "Great program to share access" — 4.0/5

> **Jessica** | *08 July 2025* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ability to share access with our accounting software with our accountants and have everything sync remotely.
>
> **Cons**: Network issues have been common but as a small business we do not have an it member so it requires some effort from us to reach out to customer support and resolve issues. Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful. I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly.
>
> Qbox is a great tool to share files remotely and securely. Runs smooth and fast. Straightforward to use once installed. Customer service has always been helpful with the questions we have every now and then.

### "Good product" — 5.0/5

> **Chris** | *22 July 2026* | Music | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Good product, very helpful for having a backup of quickbooks file. Does it's job without having problems very often.
>
> **Cons**: The price increases are unfortunate for what it is. Sometimes the sync errors out for unknown reasons.
>
> Can be a bit difficult to setup, but after that there is rarely a problem. If there is, restarting the program usually helps fix it.

-----

### "The ease of Qbox" — 5.0/5

> **Kathleen** | *29 May 2026* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ease of opening QB from one location. I can see if another used is in any entity in QB. It makes it easy
>
> **Cons**: That Qbox only allows me to open two entities at one time I sometimes need to apply a transaction in more than one entity
>
> Qbox has made it easy to access my QB. I can see if another user has an entity open. I like that it locks my QB.
